The Schäuferla is definitely worth it! Beer from Buttenheim and great Franconian cuisine... it couldn't be better. And luckily for us, it's just around the corner!

We've driven past Schweizer Keller many, many times, and we finally decided to stop by and check it out. Unfortunately, they had a limited Winter menu, but all of our meals were excellent, and fresh The decorations inside were also very impressive, with very old ornaments enveloping the room. The Keller outside reminds one of a mini Entlas Keller in Erlangen, but with the traffic on the 470, it might be a bit loud in the summer months. Despite being a lazy Sunday afternoon, the place was full, mostly with locals, with their deep Fränkisch dialects.
