This is nice place and one if the best beer garden around Ludwigsburg and the open environment and really calm .real nice place to hangout with friends in group and the food is really to the class. Really enjoyed the time I spent with my friend a gere. And it's a must visit beer garden if you are around Ludwigsburg.my recommendation goes with this beer garden.its within approx 1.5 to 2km radius from Ludwigsburg. Not so difficult to search .....

Rude service staff When I placed my order I asked specifically if they still had chicken wings not only once but twice because it used to be on the menu and I didn't see it this time. When I picked up my order it was chicken nuggets and I informed him that I had ordered wings. The line boss I formed me that wings were no longer available and then told the counter attendant that getting the wrong thing was not his problem. Made no effort to apologize or offer a substitute. I work in the food service industry myself and my staff would never talk to anyone that way or let a customer go away unhappy. I will never go back again know that customer service standards at this location are so poor.
