Stopped for a quick dinner with my family on the way south from Puttgarden. Very affordable and definitely worth about 10min extra time on our road trip. Had Schnitzel all 4 varieties. We were all pleased with the service food and the bill. Big carpark on the market square 2 minutes walk away.

I was looking for a place with good honest pub food like I used to enjoy back in the 1980s when I was posted to RAF Germany. This place delivered in spades. A really good Jaeger Schnitzel with pomme fritz and mushroom sauce, washed done with a couple of small beers. Well worth the stop.
