The food was very good. It always takes a little longer, though, as everything is freshly prepared by Mrs. Schneiderfritz. The wine is delicious. Very friendly and pleasant service. The restaurant could use some renovation.

Unfortunately, I can't give it more than 3 points. I think we just didn't have a good evening. We were there during Carnival. The ambiance is quaint, but the chairs weren't particularly comfortable. The service was very friendly. The food was okay, but nothing special. The turkey with peppercorn sauce wasn't the table's best choice. The cordon bleu was very well received. The welcome from the kitchen was nice, but it was just bread with cream cheese. The side salad was fresh, but nothing special. When we asked if we could have fries instead of croquettes, we were initially told that it wouldn't be possible due to the restaurant being "full." But after consulting the kitchen, it wasn't a problem after all. I really would have liked to give it more stars, but somehow the food wasn't what we expected based on all the reviews, and the young woman serving seemed overwhelmed. Maybe it was just a bad day. Nevertheless, it's definitely worth giving the restaurant another chance this summer. Paying with an EC card was no problem.
