Nice, traditional franconian tavern. The inside is made of wood, giving a medieval atmosphere. The food was tasty and the staff friendly. I recommend the nuremberg sausages over the franconian ones

Traditional cuisine can be found in this restaurant near the castle. The ambience is very cosy and it did not feel touristy. I ordered the pork shoulder, which was cooked perfectly, although in my opinion the meat below the crusty fat was a bit bland.The potato dumplings and the meat juice were very good. Friendly service.
