Very unfriendly. We ordered 6 pizzas, paid extra for the size and then all the pizzas came in the smaller size. When asked, the owner became loud and unfriendly. He was the pizza maker and knew that the size was right and the size of the box would fit. But I don't pay for the box but for the pizza. When we told him that we were measuring with a measuring stick and all 6 pizzas were too small, he simply ended the call. For me this is fraud and completely unprofessional. If it had been a mistake, he could have simply apologized

So, I have to say, I would also give this 10 stars. The kebab was simply great. Everything fresh, several sauces to choose from. Different levels of spiciness. That made me very happy. Very clear. I'm from Passau but the Dörner is record-breaking. I'll be back with lots of customers and friends. So everyone go. Bon appetit.
