Ordered different kind of rolls. The food needs to change the way they cook it. When you read the menu they don't tell you that they fry the fish and whatever it's in the roll and def changed the texture and the flavor. The salad was amazing.

The food was phenomenal especially for the price. The salmon was so good and the sauces very authentic. And the cocktails were well mixed and very big for the price. Definitely recommend this place!

Ordered KoYaSan for the first time and it was actually better than expected. The salmon poke was excellent, good materials, decent amount, and I really enjoyed some of the non typical offerings like the Salmon Bao Bun and the Crispy salmon rolls (rolled in fried salmon skin).
