It was our first time here, and the Anchor didn’t disappoint! The Goujons wrap was lovely. Could do with a bit of chips on the side (I mean, that empty space on the plate!), but my husband got chips so we shared them. Overall, nice place with great atmosphere.

Had a lovely lunch here. Great place to stop & break up the journey. My chicken & mushroom vol-au-vent was yum . Seafood chowder good too. Quick, friendly service. Nice outlook if you want to sit outside.
