Excellent meal!! Plenty of flavor! The only let down was the profiteroles. Filled with unsweetened cream or no vanilla. A pastry cream would have been perfect! Smothered in too many nuts. But the manageresse took it off the bill after we told her. Thank you. We had a great evening!!
