I ordered a chicken fillet burguer and a bag of chips with salt and vinegar. The girl gave me number 39, 10 min for collection. My partner collected it and there was no salt nor vinegar and the chips were cold! The burguer was absolutely tasteless and disgusting, only raw onion on that. Everything went to the bin.

I order two burgers and chicken tray for delivery, write a note “no onions” i get a burgers with them. Chicken tray it's with few lettuce. I pay extra for cheese, it also few peaces. I don’t know its staff or something. Just need to give more attention to customer care. Anyway it’s just a second time when we're not fully happy.

I ordered a snack box meal. The chicken tasted like it was cooked and reheated, it was dry like cardboard! I asked for salt and vinegar on the chips and they barely sprinkled it on. The staff don't seem to listen either as they had to check 3 times with me what I had ordered.
