We had an ancient grain focaccia with burrata stracciata, escarole and Itri olive patè and an ancient grain focaccia with Ariccia porchetta and buffalo mozzarella. Excellent raw materials, very kind staff and available to explain the various ingredients.

I’ve been to Italy my whole life many many times, these places in Caianello and in Teano are by far one of the best pizza shop in this area, absolutely luscious!!
