An impeccable lunch. I am convinced that in a few years, chef Cioffi will bring the Michelin star to Cervinara. The carpaccio was excellent, the tagliolini with stuffed pepper “scomposto” was a truly original and successful idea. My father will dream of the cod for days. Congratulations!
