Must-try: mugliatielli (lamb offal such as lungs, hearts, livers, and sweetbreads), cotechino al sugo (a slightly spicy sausage with tomato sauce), and all lamb dishes. The turnips and potatoes, and canellini beans with mushrooms served as appetizers, are also delicious.

Today Monday we explored the nearby towns of Taurasi and Lapio. At lunch time everything is closed and we were advised to go to Chiusano. We did not regret it. The restaurant is located near a huge mountain. There is parking. It is clean. Very good service. The prices and quality of food are excellent. I highly recommend it.
