The best quality. I travel 110 km to buy them, but they're worth every penny. I don't eat liver, but the liver and onion arrosticini are immense. I've traveled all over Abruzzo, and these are excellent, trust me. It's best to book in advance to avoid missing out, even though I was accommodated at the last minute.
