Wow. After struggling to find a restaurant with good ratings we happened upon de’bardi. The ambience was an unexpected plus as you dine in an old wine cellar! The truffle steak was perhaps the best steak we have ever had. If you are in Florence give it a try!

Hubby and I joined a pasta cooking class. It was so much fun. We made 3 different types of pasta, and learned different sauces for each one. Lorenzo our tutor, was fun and helpful. The pasta we made was delicious and can't wait to share with friends. Thoroughly recommend doing a class here.
