Food is only 3 stars. Risottto and tagliere (specialty) and deserts are 4 but the pizza’s are simple , blend and undercooked. Not Italian style , only 2 stars , that makes 3 stars . Service is excellent , waitress who speaks almost fluent English, very extraordinary in this part of Italy.

They have a wonderful kitchen. I didn't try their famous ham bowls because I wanted cooked food. The pastas are fantastic and I had one of the best tiramisu here. It was the best gastronomic experience in Cervia! With acceptable prices. The service is kind, the house wine is delicious.
