We had no reservation, rolled up to the butcher shop at 12:30 and asked if they had any extra spots at either of his restaurants. Ended up here and loved it! Totally worth the price. Prix fix menu. Come with an empty stomach and don’t fill up on the bread or veggies before the meat arrives!
