We came here for lunch after visiting Civitale del friuli. The chef is very nice and willing to share his experience. The speck and salami of goose is very special. Lingua and pigeon are super delicious! The flavor is well balanced.

Immersed in the stunning Collio vineyards, we had a wonderful lunch experience, sampling excellent local cured meats and cheeses paired with a fine white wine. This was followed by other expertly prepared dishes. The service was excellent: young, attentive, and above all, highly knowledgeable. Well done. We'll be back soon.
