The owner who appears to be the only member of staff is unfriendly unhelpful and lazy which is a ||shame as it is in a good location and all the well fitted out rooms have fantastic views. We were Locked out at night and waited 15mins for owner to open up and let us back in., with no apology or explanation given. Very poor breakfast
