For skiing in Breuil-Cervinia, this is a nice and cheaper alternative than the hotels in central Cervinia. There is a large parking area if you have a car. If not, the ski-bus passes frequently just outside the hotel. The host spoke mostly Italian, but it was no problem to communicate in english for the essentials.
