You'd never guess that a place like this makes one of the best pizzas crusts I have tried in Italy. I tried their carbonara, which comes served in the pan and their gorgonzola, speck, and Radicchio pizza. Everything I had was stunningly good and made me want to come back and try everything they make. What a gem.
