As a preview of the famous Fiera delle Grazie, I tried the Corn Focaccia with cotechino and tripe at Trattoria da Claudio! A TASTY and VERY DIGESTIBLE combination, given the high-quality ingredients and the historic culinary skill! ABSOLUTELY MUST TRY!!!

A renovated vintage trattoria serving traditional dishes. We tried two off-menu items, which weren't exceptional for the price. The casunsei were good. The donkey stew was very good, but I didn't like the accompanying polenta. I'll have to try the pumpkin ravioli.
