First and last time, unfortunately your product is in no way comparable to a pizza, I would define it more as a stuffed piadina! Try changing the dough, maybe hydrate it more 1450kg per liter of water with 45g of salt 1g of yeast, try to make a more digestible product, very aggressive cooking is not good

Delivery on time, but that's the only positive thing. Pizzas, some rubbery, others overcooked and therefore dry and hard. I got 7 pizzas and they looked like 7 baby pizzas. Then it's absurd to ask for 50 cents per pizza for home delivery. Negative experience and I will definitely call another pizzeria in the future.
