Every time we’re in Puglia, we always end up at Le 3 Ancore. The pasta’s perfect (still dreaming of the orecchiette and seafood spaghetti), the seafood platter is unreal, and their Pepata di Cozze with toasted bread is a must. Bonus points for the air con. lifesaver in the Puglian summer.
