Inn on the Vento cycle route. New management. New proposals, thought out and well prepared. The risotto with asparagus is excellent. Good assortment of cured meats and cheeses accompanied by non-industrial vegetable gardeners and mustards. It deserves a break. I don't know the rooms so I can't rate them
