Very dirty. Flies everywhere. Some really love the coffee here, but I wouldn't eat or drink there ever again due to the filth. This is the most unclean place I have seen in all of Italy so far. The flies are on walls, ceiling, tables, floor, everywhere. I don't recommend this place.
