Finding this restaurant on our penultimate night in Puglia was a perfect end to our holiday. Quite simply choose your meat and have it cooked on a charcoal grill. A great selection of sausages and kebabs and fantastic meat. I had ribeye as 2nd course that was cooked to perfection, great location and food.

Fantastic place and a meat lovers dream. Selection of meats directly from the butcher. Both dry aged and standard. Cuts from a t-bone, picanha, sausagge, fillet, bone marrow. Fantastic. Good selection of wines to accompany, and appetizers/sides were just as good. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Had a fantastic night
