Fantastic!! After 2-3 disappointing dinners in Alba, what a relief to eat in something local and amazing. What a nice discovery. This place is run by a couple. He is the chef and she runs the room. We had a delicious dinner. The pasta is home made and delicious. You should try the spada: super nice cooked, juicy and what a taste! We didn’t have the signature dolce, panna cotta in an egg, but the dolci we had were super.
