I had a business lunch near Fossano. I decided to venture to this trattoria to try something traditional. The lunch menu is actually very simple. Aside from the mixed antipasto, which retains a Piedmontese flavour, the other dishes are quite bland. I paid €15 for a mixed antipasto, a Milanese cutlet, water, and coffee.
