Best meal we had in the whole region- the wonderful young couple who run the place speak French and English and it's a real gastronomic highlight of local Piedmonte and Po Valley food and wine. Grazie mille

We happened to be in Saluzzo for an event that was supposed to be in the evening, but it was lunchtime. We went there: a small, tastefully decorated restaurant. The waiter was young, but excellently prepared. Traditional cuisine, excellent ingredients, and a good wine list. From appetizers to dessert, a 10/10.

Excellent restaurant, I highly recommend the Visolotto menu, it is very affordable with very good fresh produce and the team's very good advice, also for the wine which was excellent.
