Rather spartan but the meat is excellent . They cook the meat on the grill which you can taste in a special room. The carpaccio, roasted onions and potatoes cooked in ash are also excellent.

Good. The place isn't much different from the many others you'll find in these towns. As long as they stick to Apulian specialties, everything's good. When it comes to steaks, there's room for improvement. The donkey meat is good.
