Motorbike walk, along the old Targa Florio circuit, we stopped for lunch, there were 6 of us, homemade and very good food, freshly cooked, by the owner Sing Albanese, a very nice, kind person. We will definitely return. I recommend it.

An endless surprise, Mr. Vincenzo is a precious resource of local cuisine. Plate of cured meats prepared by him, crusted lamb, pasta with meat sauce, caponata. It's a shame to be passing through, it should be tried and tried again. Exquisite kindness, you feel at home straight away.

We found ourselves by chance in this small village in the Madonie and by chance we found this typical trattoria with homemade cuisine. We had a great meal and the caponata was delicious. Highly recommended
