Never again. Zero attention to the customer or being a little flexible or customer oriented. Also not kid friendly, the pool is too cold, the sauna smelled like gypsum and had a lot of gypsum on the seats and there is no entertainment for kids whatsoever.

It was exceptional, the facilities were top class and the restaurant staff and reception staff went over and above to facilitate us. The cleaning staff were friendly and professional and I didn’t us the spa so I cannot comment on them but if they are like the rest of the staff they should be wonderful.
