Definitely not a 4 stars and absolutely over expensive for what you get. |No brochure in our room neither glasses for the mini bar nor hot water boiler and the hair dryer was not working in the bathroom|Food is mediocre both for dinner and breakfast.

Booked a room in November 2023 for my partner’s birthday in March 2024. At the last minute the hotel contacted me to say they were closing the winter season earlier that year and were cancelling my booking. It’s now August and I still haven’t even received a refund.
