Friendly and helpful employees, that’s it about positives. Full of people, lines and checkouts are setup badly. Half of the toilets were closed (for some reason), leading to even longer waiting times. Coffee wasn’t as expected in Italy, though more expensive. The food looked better than it actually tasted.

A great place to stop while traveling. A reasonable variety, good sandwiches, cold drinks and fresh coffee. The bathrooms were big enough to accommodate large Vaseline of people. Great place for a quick snack or to sit and eat.

it's such a trash! you stand in line to pay then you stand in line for food and a third for coffee. and if you don't know Italian explain at the checkout that you want to order a whole adventure
