This restaurant doesn't offer an all-you-can-eat menu, and you can tell by the fact that the sushi is fantastic: delicious, fresh, crispy, original, absolutely perfect, it doesn't break open or fall apart. The flavors are innovative and well-balanced; I recommend the special Mojito, but they're all delicious.

The place is nice. The sushi is definitely "different" expertly contaminated by the tastes of the territory. The only flaw of the evening was that the owners were a bit "busy" talking to a couple with a dog and we were a bit ignored... I hope it was a coincidence.

Eaten here on several occasions, in my opinion the best Japanese in the area. The only flaw, in my opinion, is the background music: but with such an abundance of Japanese music of all kinds, why use Italian pop? I imagine that most customers prefer it that way but for me it determined that one less star for the environment 🧐 …
