It's worth it, especially for the setting and the surrounding landscape. The small village seems timeless, a very relaxing oasis of peace. I expected something better for the trattoria; my rating for the food and price was mediocre, but it was partly made up for by the friendliness of the staff.

The snails bourguignonne appetizer was followed by a fantastic venison dish with polenta and abundant cooked vegetables. Everything was perfect, including the service time. The place was welcoming, and it was a lovely lunch.
