We stopped here for a drink on our way to Castel del Monte. While they weren’t open, they welcomed us. We had sparkling white wine with an aperitivo . The views are stunning from the patio. Highly recommended!

Now this was the highlight of our visit to Alta Murgia. I would suggest making a reservation. Service was first-class and food was chef's kiss! Let's not forget the location and the little details
