The day we visited was a Sunday, so the Michelin Guide restaurant next door was closed, which led us to book at Disguido. However, I can’t fault the food here. Everything we ordered was superbly cooked with fresh ingredients. Italian food in this region never disappoints me, even though it’s not classified as Michelin.

One of the most incredible pastas I’ve had on this trip. Incredible. We got the Veal meat balls and the Truffle pasta. So simple yet incredible quality and amazing taste. Wow.
