Soft and crunchy at the same time! Ego's pizza is a real surprise! It arrives super leavened. Soft when cut and surprise, the slice remains compact and slightly crunchy! So goodbye to the rubberiness of the pizzas you find around. Wonderful flavor, top ingredients and very digestible. Very nice place and friendly staff.
