An inviting assortment of local and hyper-local dishes. The ham, ventricina and caciocavallo have a real country flavour. Fresh buffalo mozzarella and burrata. And the crowning glory, cavatelli just like my grandmother made. The only thing... grandma would say "cavatielles are made with a spoon, not a hairpin"!!
