For those who love thin, crispy, well-cooked pizza, made with quality ingredients, and, above all, incredibly digestible!!! ... and not that rubbery, bland dough with low-quality ingredients, like canned tomatoes, that some pseudo-pizza makers pass off as authentic Neapolitan pizza.... 😒 …
