I give 3 stars for the quantity/price ratio which in my opinion is high... the quality of the meat is unquestionable. Ate an appetizer with carpacio, lard and raw beef, and the owner proposed a trio of different cuts... it's a shame that the quantities are really small and not proportionate to how much you pay.
