Diego and his staff were intuitive to our dietary preferences and he walked us through the whole menu! We know next time we visit Firenze, we will make time for La Bisegna!

A place recommended to us by our local host. The atmosphere is very friendly, they have great selection of traditional food but not too touristy as it’s far from the central Florence. It’s a family run restaurant and is usually full of locals. We really enjoyed their pasta dishes.
