I find your pizza very good, digestible and doesn't bloat you, but above all it doesn't make you thirsty, a sign of excellent leavening and dough with the correct amount of salt. For lovers of Neapolitan dough I highly recommend it and the prices are good..

If you get a burnt or poorly made pizza, don't sell it or cut it out for your customers who have supported and sponsored you in the long run. A very poor impression for 4 euros, I'm sorry but it evidently reflects your idea of restaurant!
