Just because you can't put minus 0 as stars, but it's unthinkable to make people wait 2 HOURS for a pizza... always the same story. You book them and when you arrive you have to wait an hour if it's fine, if not you wait up to 2 hours.... Then once it can fit, but not every time. You lost 3 customers
