Apulian pizza, everything is normal, thin and soft dough

The pizza was very dry, both due to the type of dough and the lack of tomato sauce . As you can see from the photo, I might try the pan pizza, but as far as "classic" pizza goes, it's not my cup of tea. The place was very clean and well-organized.
