Great local products, mostly homemade. The Kaiserschmarrn, always freshly prepared, deserves a top rating. The soups are also simply delicious. The fresh buttermilk is highly recommended. The landlady is very nice and friendly. It's a pleasure to stop by here.

After having to cycle through several water jets on the way to the shelter , I turned around and cycled up to Galmein. It was a very good decision. Excellent food and drinks, friendly hosts, and a fantastic view. The only thing I missed was a parking space for my e-bike. I'll definitely cycle up there again next year.
