Stayed in ameland for 4 nights and this was by far the best meal of the trip. I wish we went here sooner as I would have happily eaten here every day. We ordered the chefs menu and each course was delicious.

Love the atmosphere over at het witte paard is really love to meet the owner of the restaurant (my apologies I forgot their names) is our first time there and with go the 4 course menu with wine pairing and it was amazing! Food was delicious and the staff are very friendly and happy...

You'd better make a reservation in advance (preferably by email I heard) and it will be worth it. A bit higher in price, especially the starters but the recipes on the menu are really delicious.
