I visited twice and encountered consistently poor staff behavior. Both times, the service was slow, and the staff were rude and unresponsive. To make matters worse, they forgot to cut the pizza. Despite the decent food, the disappointing service overshadowed the experience. Improvement in customer service is urgently needed.
